    I LOVE my blog! Why? Because it is a great way to feature images from my latest weddings and photo sessions.

    You'll find that I am very energetic and passionate about photography, and have an eye for the "small things" that others might miss. I am inspired by the world around me and the wonderful people in my life, including my adoring husband and darling daughter.

    I love being able to catch that look in a newly married couple's eyes as they walk down the aisle, the anticipation that comes with your first pregnancy or those sweet tender moments of your new little one's first few days in the world. I strive to create a relaxed atmosphere so that you will feel comfortable and most of all, have fun in front of the camera.

Never before have I been to a wedding where the guests burst into song not once, but all through the day. It was amazing. The amount of love shared between Brian and Gloriana was contagious and just made you think of how lucky we really are when we find that special person. Brian and Glo are one of those couples that truly does appreciate each and every day they have with one another. And boy oh boy were they excited to get married! Not even the rain (sadly it does rain in August) could dampen their spirits. We had an awesome time finding all of the covered areas around UBC and I love the results. Thank you SO MUCH to their awesome wedding party for not complaining even once and being a blast to photograph. Congrats again Brian and Gloriana!!

sisters ella & autumn

How could you not fall in love with these two little girls?  Having twins came as a big surprise to mom and dad and when the girls decided to arrive 10 weeks early, they took everyone by surprise. So not only are they super cute but they are true fighters. They finally got to head home just three weeks ago and I am so blessed to have had the chance to meet them before they get even bigger. Once we got these two to sleep, they were absolutely perfect for the session. Mom and dad were just beaming the whole time and it is easy to see how much in love they are with their new wee ones. I cannot wait to see them in a few months!

Another fabulous e session with another fabulous couple. Beth and Graeme are so sweet together it made my job seriously easy. They were more than willing to cuddle and snuggle and pretend I wasn’t there and the results are perfect. I am really excited to see what their big day has to hold. So far I know there are going to be 3 pregnant bridesmaids, an amazing meal at a great restaurant and a gorgeous bride and groom. What more could a gal ask for.;)

What an amazing day. When I met Caitlin & Rob and heard all about their plan for their big day, I was so excited. A gorgeous ceremony set at Hycroft Manor, photos at QE Park and then in Yaletown and a yummy lunch at the fabulous Seasons in the Park restaurant. They couldn’t have planned a more perfect day. It was all pulled together with amazing precision by Kerry of Fairy Godmother Weddings (it was awesome to see you again Kerry) and filmed by Naomi and Geoff of Weddings in Motion (good luck with your new addition). We had a blast and I am really (really) excited to see what the future has to hold for you two! Congrats again Caitlin & Rob!!

Now who can not fall in love with those perfectly adorable cheeks? This little guy was an absolute treat to photograph. His mom and dad are down in Vancouver from LA for a short visit to show off little A to all of the family and friends and it was great they had a few spare moments to fit in a little photo session for the newest addition to the family. This little guy is already 3 months old and is growing fast and will be crawling and talking in no time. Here are a few favs…
